David is a Co-Founder/Director of Hybrid Search Ltd. His recruitment career started in 2003 and has seen him move from high street recruitment through to senior interim management and for the last 5 years in global executive search and selection.
During this time David has had the opportunity to work across Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America. His sector experience includes Chemicals, Transportation and Infrastructure, Energy, Healthcare and Food Manufacturing.
David is also a fully trained Saville Wave Behavioural Assessment Practitioner and a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profile Analysis.
Away from Hybrid, David is married to Jemma and has twin daughters Beth and Daisy. They all live in the North West of England.
Daniel has worked within recruitment for 5 years and was previously the Head of Research EMEA for an Executive Search firm specialising in the energy, utilities, infrastructure and pharmaceuticals sectors. Whilst Head of Research he managed a team of 5 researchers and has completed over 30 Executive Search assignments with a completion rate of 94%.
He has sourced and headhunted for roles including Board level positions for a UK Water Company, Global Business Manager for a £2 Billion turnover business, VP Sales for an international software SAAS company, Country Manager for a private equity backed oil & gas EPC company through to technical and leadership roles within the renewables, chemicals, oil & gas and utilities market across Europe.
Successfully delivered assignments in locations as varied as Cape Town, Baku, Bilbao, Geneva, Copenhagen, Antwerp and several locations across the UK.
Sam joined the Hybrid Search team at the beginning of 2018. He brings with him 10 years recruitment/search experience working with clients globally in the trading, shipping, energy, financial services and logistics sectors.
Sam has previously helped to build and manage teams and his strong communication skills have meant he is a trusted advisor for his clients and candidates.
He has extensive headhunting and business development experience and is REC qualified. He also holds a degree in Business Management and Psychology.
Sam lives in the North West of England with his wife Julie. Outside of work he is a keen sports fan and has travelled extensively.
Chris joined the Hybrid Search team in 2017, transitioning from his career in journalism and business development into recruitment.After plying his trade as a sports journalist, Chris moved into business development within the financial industry before relocating from Canada to the United Kingdom in 2015.
Once in the UK, Chris continued in business development within the sports equipment industry where he worked with school and club accounts.
Now with Hybrid Search, Chris manages the research and marketing functions within the business.
Living in the North West of England with his wife Hannah and son Isaac, Chris enjoys exploring the UK and staying up late to watch Canadian ice hockey games whenever he gets the chance.
Henry is a researcher who specialises in understanding social and economic networks. His previous research is broad ranging, from food manufacturing and production, to rural economies and sustainable development.
His doctoral research involved the analysis of key data trends, connectivity and density of alternative food networks. He has presented his research with the Royal Geographical Society and British Academy of Management and published in peer reviewed journals.
He has examined organic olive oil production in Spain, was a researcher with an NGO based in Malawi, and has conducted several pieces of research on European Regional Development Funded projects and with the European Guide Dog Federation.
Henry is a long-distance runner, he is currently preparing for Chester Ultra in May of 2019. He lives in Chester with his partner Roslyn, a primary school teacher at a local school.
John Bush has over 30 years’ experience working in the Chemical and Nuclear Industries. He started his career with ICI where he held a number of operational and business management positions in the UK and Japan. He spent 8 years with INEOS, initially as UK General Manager for their Silicas business followed by a period working on acquisitions and divestments. He moved to URENCO in 2009 spending 6 years as Managing Director for URENCO Chemplants Ltd.
John now shares his time between non-executive and advisory roles for small private companies and in the voluntary sector. John says “Hybrid Search are a dynamic and innovative company and I am delighted to be supporting them as they grow”.
