Hybrid Search Have Moved Into New Home
Hybrid Search are delighted to announce their move into a new office space in Chester city centre.
Located in Linenhall House on Watergate Street, the company will call the space home for at least the next three years. It is a major step in the development of the business that Daniel Kaczmarski and David Wilson founded in April 2017.
“It allows us to put down roots and completely immerse ourselves within the community,” Daniel said.
“It also creates a stable place of work for employees and an attractive location for people to join.”
The office offers a major upgrade in useable space for the company, including a conference room and dedicated staff area.
For David, the move is a homecoming of sorts.
“I started my career in Linenhall house in the early 2000s so when this space became available, it just felt right,” he said.
The relocation came one year after Daniel and David set up their first office on Nicholas Street in Chester.
“It was a flag in the ground to continue following the business plan and bring people in,” Dan said of the Nicholas Street location.
“Our first office was fine for three people, but when the opportunity came to grow by adding a fourth member of the team it had become apparent that we had outgrown the space within six months,” David added.
Now having room to expand, the focus of the business is on continuing the success and growth of the first 18 months.
“The new offices allows us to entertain clients, create a healthy workspace for the team and gives us the capacity to grow at a steady rate,” Daniel said.
