Phase 1/Week 1: Analysis: Interactive face to face briefing meeting with our clients.
Phase 2/Week 2: Attraction: Creation of Candidate Attraction Pack, Company Target List Development and initial candidate approaches.
Phase 3/Week 3: Candidate Assessment: We conduct a thorough Technical and Behavioural Skills Assessment.
Phase 4/Week 4: Search Appraisal: Face to Face shortlist presentation and discussion.
Phase 5/Weeks 5 and 6: Client Assessments.
Phase 6: Candidate Acceptance.
Phase 7: Project Follow Up: Onboarding and face to face project review with client. This is conducted 3 months after the candidate has been in post.
